As a retired
57-year old novice bodybuilder, I began using the P/RR/S system
during early September 2004. The workouts were developed using information
presented on the Internet, and during the first two months it became
apparent my body was favorably responding and going through the
initial stages of a physical transformation I was so desperately
attempting to achieve. Accordingly, four months later my physical
transformation and weight's lifted had progressed to such an extent,

The aspects

are two-fold. These techniques are not only founded in proven theroies
of physical achievment, but are also adaptable and applicable to

I first
began reading about Power, Rep/Range, and Shock a few years ago
on an online discussion board. People were praising the program
as well as Eric's knowledge and passion for helping others. However,
I was not sold on the program. As a personal trainer, nutritionist,
and former health food store owner I thought I pretty much knew
it all. I had train several people and helped several people reach
their best condition ever. At the time I was all weighing a whopping
185 pounds and carrying about 10% bodyfat which is respectable for
a life-time drug-free athlete. I was quite pleased with the physique
I had managed to build, but I noticed my results were beginning
to become stagnant. I continued to follow the message boards and
eventually begain emailing Eric on occassion to pick his mind. No
question went unanswered and he was always there to help out. It
was then that I inquired about a personal power, rep/range, shock
program designed to fit my personal goals. After several emails
and a phone consultation I decided to hire Eric to assist me. The
first thing I do when taking on a new client is ask them if they
are 100% committed to the plan. Therefore, I made the personal decision
to follow everything he said to the "T". Within 24 hours
I received my personal workout plan. Right away, I knew this was
not a generic workout plan that is cut and paste to every client.
The exercises, workout splits, etc were catered to the exact goals
I have discussed with Eric. Still, I was nervous about beginning
the program as it was nothing like anything I had ever followed
in the past. However, I had made the committment to put 100% into
this program. Well, within the first two weeks I was sold. I was
growing stronger, my muscles were fuller, and I was losing bodyfat.
The only change I made was incorporating the techniques that Eric
has used to successfully trasform the physiques of hundreds of people.
To this day I still follow Power, Rep/Range, Shock program. I now
weigh 205 pounds while maintaining single digit bodyfat year round.
I highly reccomend this program to anyone wanting to drastically
enhance their physique. Regardless of what sport you may participate
