this system 5 yrs ago. I have been training since I was 15 yrs old,

“Let me
start by saying I was never one of those athletic girls growing
up. I was the type who feigned injury to get out of gym class. I
was not fat, but I certainly did not like my body. As the years
passed, I did aerobics, biked, ran countless miles after miles,
whittling my poor body down to 113 pounds. I am 5’6, rather
tall for a woman. I looked sick. I still did not like how I looked
but I had no idea what to do to fix that.
In desperation,
I decided to search the Internet looking for a personal trainer;
I stumbled upon a web site that seemed interesting, BODYFX. This
was the day that my life changed; I “met” Eric Broser.
He was professional, encouraging and firm. He gave me a strict list
of food to eat and instructed me to stop all cardio. WHAT?? How
can I do that? I will get fat. But my instincts told me to listen
to him and do exactly what he tells me to do.
My diet changed
dramatically, 5 meals per day, lots of protein and veggies. I began
a strict program of weight lifting 4 days a week. I started to feel
better, stronger. I did not get fat without the cardio, it was amazing
to me. Each workout Eric created for me was better than the one
before it. I loved the feel of lifting, it made me feel powerful
and for the first time in control of how my body looked.
I can also remember
the first day Eric told me I was ready to begin his custom system
of weight training, Power/Rep Range/Shock. I had been working with
Eric for about a year now and had gained a good 5 pounds of muscle.
I was ready for something more advanced.
I do not want
to exaggerate but P/RR/S literally changed me, inside and out. I
became more and more addicted to the lifting high. I would live
in excited anticipation of my next workout. I emailed Eric questions
constantly. He would always respond to my rather naïve questions
with a patient and encouraging answers. Eric is without a doubt
in my mind, the most knowledgeable, patient, attentive trainer in
the world.
My body morphed,
I grew shoulders and biceps, my glutes lifted, my breasts looked
bigger from the muscle I was developing. I weighed 133 pounds and
wore a size 4.
This was a far cry from that 113-pound flabby waif I had been. I
can actually look in the mirror and like what I see. I see a strong,
healthy woman who looks better than she did 5, 10, 20 years ago.
I could go on
for hours expressing my respect, admiration and love for Eric Broser
and his P/RR/S program, but instead I will go to the gym and build
some muscle. That is what I am now, thanks to Eric, I am a body
builder and I could not be any prouder or more grateful.”

been in this game for 20+ years, and I have always considered myself
a "hardcore" type of trainer....BIG weights, BIG volume...real
ass kicking workouts. I've had a lot of success with my former training....making
it up the competitive ladder to the National Level. My big goal
is to win the Master's Nationals, and this was to be the year that

decided to hire Coach to be my trainer. It's only been 3 weeks and
one cycle through the system, but I can tell you right now, without
reservation, this has got to be the most result producing program
that is out there. The sessions I have had, AND the response I am
ALREADY seeing, is shocking!! Not only has Coach developed a program
that I KNOW will get me to the next level, he has set off that spark
in me that allows me to be that "warrior" in the gym.
In short, it was, and is, exactly what I needed at that exact moment.
If anyone has any doubts as to the effectiveness of this system...just
try it, and I guarantee you will realize just how terrific it is.
Anyone who is considering hiring Eric as their trainer need not
think twice.....DO IT NOW!!!!! I am already convinced it is one
of the best decisions I have ever made! With Coach in my corner,
I feel I CAN take a real shot at the National title...I just have
to wait till next year due to re-qualifying requirements. This year
will be focused on winning the State title that will fulfill that
requirement. In any case, I look at it like it JUST GIVES ME THAT
MUCH MORE TIME to work with Eric before I step on the National's

“I was
turned onto P/RR/S by my training partner Jason. Jason and I had
developed an affinity to push each other to the brink and know each
others limits. It was a great partnership, but I was falling into
the overtraining rut. Jason told me about an article he had read
in a popular bodybuilding publication. It intrigued me. He allowed
me to borrow his magazine and after reading about P/RR/S I was enamored
and excited to start training with this system. We began training
together and the two most flawed aspects of my physique (legs and
shoulders) that I could not get to grow under any other program
began to BLOW UP! My strength levels skyrocketed as did my size
and hardness. I competed in Oct 2004 and then again in July 2005.
For the 2004 show I did not use P/RR/S and for the July 2005 show
